Shipping Information

Each piece of our jewellery is made to order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-8 days with express shipping, as we try to ensure you receive your orders in a timely manner while also maintaining the highest standard of health, hygiene and social distancing in line with current government guidelines.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.

Whether treating yourself or someone special your Echo Beach Jewellery order will arrive beautifully packaged; in a branded gift box and pouch. Please chose the gift wrap option at checkout if you would like your box gift wrapped.

GR Delivery:

Free Express Delivery (1-3 days from dispatch) on orders over 200 €

Orders Under 200€ have a 5 € shipping fee 

A signature is required upon receipt. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Any instructions on orders to leave the parcel in a safe place or with an neighbour cannot be upheld with this service.

Taxes and Duties are not included and may be charged upon receipt. Please check your shipping destinations regulations for duties and taxes for further information.

Orders being shipped to countries within the EU will not incur any further charges. Please check back for updates as we work to offer the best long term solution.

If you’d prefer to not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement. Please note that if you choose to remove this, Echo Beach Jewellery and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered. This is applicable if you choose the leave with a neighbour option, deliver to a safe place and delivery to a delivery point. 

We can not be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or the destinations customs department.

Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Greek public holidays and sales periods will effect dispatch dates.

All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.

Returns Policy

 Unwanted goods may be returned for an exchange provided that they are returned in their original condition, unused with their original packaging and with their tags intact within 14 days following delivery of the goods. We cannot accept any returned item which doesn’t have the original tags attached. For this purpose, email us at echo beach.gr@gmail.com. Within 72hours following receipt of your request we will send you instructions on how to return the products to us.
In case of defective or wrongly delivered items at the fault of us, exchanges or full refund of payment shall be issued, upon request, unless the defect or the wrong delivery has taken place or is attributed to the postal carrier’s negligence. If an order is received damaged please do not accept the delivery. If you realize that an order is damaged after opening the parcel, please photograph the damaged items immediately and notify us by phone on the number shown on your order invoice or by email at echobeach.gr@gmail.com as soon as possible and return the damaged goods to us within 14 days of receiving delivery.
If you accept delivery of a package from us and the goods are faulty; or we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us by email as soon as possible or within 7 days and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving them.  We will exchange the damaged/faulty/incorrect goods without charge to you as soon as possible.
Please note that the return costs will usually not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

We strongly recommend that you use the returns services provided by us in order to return the goods safely. In the case that the customer wishes to use an alternative shipment service he will have to provide us with a confirmation number and he will be refunded when and only when the goods have been received by us intact. 
Until items are returned to us you are responsible for their safety. We recommend that you use postal insurance for any returns, as we do not accept liability for damaged or lost packages during transit back to us.

Refunds 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale & Discount items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at echobeach.gr@gmail.com and send your item to:
